Digital Artwork Return Policy

Thank you for choosing V1CTRY DESIGN. We strive to provide you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Artwork Refund Policy:

We do not offer refunds for digital printables or digital download art purchases. Once the artwork has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned. We encourage you to review the artwork carefully and read the product description before making a purchase decision.

2. Damaged or Defective Artwork:

If you experience any issues with the digital file or download link, please contact our customer support team at info@v1ctry.com within 7 days of purchase. We are here to work with you to resolve the problem and, if necessary, provide you with a new download link or file.

3. Customer Responsibility:

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure compatibility with their devices and software before making a purchase. Please make sure that your computer, tablet, or smartphone meets the necessary requirements to open and view the digital artwork files.

4. Unauthorized Use:

Unauthorized distribution or commercial use of our digital artwork is strictly prohibited. By purchasing our digital artwork, you agree to use it for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

For Physical Products:

We are proud to offer international shipping services. Shipping time within the United States is 10-20 business days, but in most cases even sooner. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you. To ensure a quality customer service experience, we go through a rigorous, quality testing process before shipping our products. This may result in 1-2 days processing time before your product is shipped.

Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.

Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life.

Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.

Do not dry clean.
